Back in the day
Maui Soda & Ice Works, Ltd., Roselani’s parent company, has been doing business on Maui continuously since 1888. Quite an accomplishment!
We make our ice cream fresh daily in our Wailuku plant.

Doesn’t our ice cream look delicious?
Help Lick Hunger
Back in 2004, we teamed with Maui Yogurt & Ice Cream and Ah Fook’s – patrons who brought a donation for the Maui Food Bank got a free scoop of Roselani Ice Cream.
Hawaiian Vanilla Bean
We get our vanilla from the Reddekopps on Hawai’i Island – it’s delicious!
Plantation Days, Lahaina
We partner each year with a West Side non-profit for the fun event.
Maui County Agricultural Festival
We partnered in 2009 and 2010 with Punana Leo o Maui, our Hawaiian language immersion preschool, for this great event.
Grand Opening of Hula Cookies & Ice Cream, Lahaina
Hula Cookies & Ice Cream opened its second store in April 2009 – the first opened in Ma’alaea in 2000. They’re a great scooping parlor partner and carry a full line of our flavors
Cathy’s Public Appearances
Third-generation Roselani Ice Cream maker Cathy Nobriga Kim has made many public appearances over the years. Here are some highlights.
Our A.C.T. Project
|In 2007, we introduced a fabulous new flavor – Aloha Cherry Truffle. And we began our A.C.T. Sweet to Beat Breast Cancer Now campaign. The ice cream was an immediate success and as a result, thousands of dollars have been donated to the Maui Memorial Medical Center Foundation as we partner to promote education and early detection in our community|
